Hi friends!
I am thrilled to announce that I have gained entry to the 2023 Chicago Marathon, and I have decided to fundraise for a cause that is making a real difference for kids in Chicago : Chicago Run.
Chicago Run is a nonprofit organization that provides free fitness programs to students in underserved communities throughout the city of Chicago. By combining physical activity with mentoring, Chicago Run aims to promote healthy lifestyles and positive youth development.
I've realized firsthand how running has the ability to improve both physical and mental health, and I am excited to support Chicago Run's mission as I train to run my first official marathon. I believe that every child should have access to opportunities that enable them to develop healthy habits, and Chicago Run is working hard to make that a reality for thousands of students. With your support, we can help Chicago Run continue to make a positive impact on the lives of Chicago's youth.
