I am running the Boston Marathon this April in support of Chicago Run! In 2021, I competed in the Chicago Marathon running a Boston Marathon qualifing time. I couldn't be more gateful and honored to run my second marathon in support of Chicago Run. Chicago Run empowers youth to use sport programs and running in their everyday life to build life long skills. As a former D1 runner, I know first hand the impact sports, specifically running, had on my life. Through competing I learned many life long skills that I have been able to take into my life outside of sports. Running truly has helped shape me to be the person I am today, and I support Chicago Run as they are giving the youth of Chicago the opportunity to devlop through the power of sport.
