What's up everyone! This is your favorite physical therapist, Dr. Micah! After helping you all accomplish your goals of injury free running and new PRs over the last 8 years, I am FINALLY participating in my first full marathon! I will be representing CHICAGO RUN, a charity that provides inner city youths within Chicago, IL with equitable access to inclusive running and physical activity programs.
