Hi friends and family,
As a long-time and long-distance runner, I've decided to run the 2024 Chicago Marathon by fundraising. There were a couple of organizations that I reviewed and I wanted to support an organization that had a personal connection to me. I got into marathon running since the age of 14 in Los Angeles, CA through an organization that provided us with gear, training, support, and transportation to races as we developed a love of running and endurance sports at a young age.
I hope that you can take a moment to support this organization in connection to my training and running of the Chicago Marathon, a World Major Marathon. I'm a believer that Chicago Run will have an impact "Through the power of sport, we build resilience to stress and trauma and develop social and emotional skills".
